Forwarding to Multiple Contacts

Forwarding to Multiple Contacts

- Auto-complete: When you begin typing in the 'To:' field, Gmail
suggests names/addresses from your Contacts list. Your auto-complete
list is arranged with the addresses you send to most often at the top. - Another, perhaps nearly clandestine, approach allows you to actually
choose from your Contacts list when forwarding. Here's how:

1. Open the message you want to forward, and click the blue box at the
top-right to open a new window.

2. Click 'Contacts' on the left side of your inbox (in the previous window, and not in the popped up window)

3. Check the box next to each contact you wish to include.

4. Click 'email address.Or word email'in the new version click compose in old version

5. Copy (Ctrl+C) the contacts in the 'To:' field.

6. Paste (Ctrl+V) the contacts into the message you opened in a new
window.

7. Click 'Send' and then discard the bodiless draft.
