Listen to Andrzej, Ed. He's the man :-)

I would also recommend the Arnold press. This is one of my favorite
exercises for the deltoids and trapezius muscle (the clavicle is the
bone, so you're wanting to work the shoulder muscles surrounding that
section).

With the Arnold press, stand up, and hold a pair of the heaviest
dumbbells that you can handle at shoulder height, with your palms
facing your face and elbows tucked in toward your side. Push the
weights up over your head, and while pushing, rotate your arms so that
your palms are facing outward. Then bring it back down, rotating again
so that you end up in the same position from which you started.

The goal is to do 3 sets of 8, and the weight should be heavy enough
that you can't quite finish the last rep on the last set. If you can
do all 8, then it's time to increase the weight.

The rule of thumb for bulking up is, it's better to do heavy weight
and less reps rather than lighter weight and more reps. I'll rarely,
if ever, do more than 8 reps of anything. In fact, I found out the
hard way that doing more reps is likely to lead to a torn tendon,
which is very painful and takes forever to heal!
